Request Letter
- Addressed to Hong Kong Convention on the organization’s original letterhead.
- Must follow the format provided by the Hong Kong Convention Visa Recommendation Department.
- Signed by a senior officer of the firm (not the visa applicant).

Certified Copies
- All photocopies must be stamped and signed by the person authorized to sign the application.
- Only hard copies of the required documents will be accepted.
- Documents submitted by 3 PM will be processed on the same day.
